Designed specifically with drummers in mind, the Yamaha DD-75 is a versatile digital percussion instrument for musicians of all abilities. With a compact, tabletop design, it can be placed on any flat surface. The DD-75 features eight comfortable, touch-sensitive drum pads and pedals, offering expressive drumming with either sticks or hands.
 
One of the standout features of the DD-75 is its realistic drum sounds, created with Stereo Sampling technology. The instrument offers 570 voices, including a diverse range of percussion sounds from various regions from across the world. With 75 drum kits to choose from, you can easily switch between different genres and styles. Additionally, you have the ability to create your own custom drum kits by assigning different voices to each drum pad and pedal. The DD-75 features built-in stereo speakers with bass port that provide great sound quality and a headphone jack for silent practice. It also has a built-in 4-track recorder for creating your own music. An Aux input lets you connect an MP3 player and play along with your favorite tracks. The instrument is portable and can be powered by either the included AC adapter or via batteries, allowing for convenient on-the-go use.
 
Designed for Comfortable Playing
  • The 8 touch-sensitive drum pads, laid out like an acoustic kit, are angled and positioned on the panel for optimum playability and comfort, allowing for expressive drumming.
  • Connect the supplied Pedal 1 to the PEDAL 1 (KICK) jack and Pedal 2 to the PEDAL 2 (HI-HAT) jack.
  • The pads and pedal 1 can be adjusted independently over four levels, allowing for expressive drumming.

  • Use the Hand Percussion Mode with a variety of ethnic Percussion Kits, like Chinese, Indian, Middle Eastern, Latin, and more. DD-75 includes music genres from around the world.
 
Choose from a Wide Variety of Realistic Drum Kits
  • DD-75 features a variety of Drum Voices (sounds) and Kits inherited from the DTX series electronic drums, including modern rock drum sounds, legendary drum-machine sound, and more.
  • You can choose and play with 570 sounds, which provide for a variety of percussion sounds, from realistic drum sounds (created with Stereo Sampling) to ethnic percussion sound of Japanese drum, Asia, Latin America, and beyond.
  • The instrument contains 75 drum kits of different genres for you to choose from. Moreover, the Voices can be assigned to each drum pads and pedals to create your own original drum kits.
 
Battery-Powered Compact Design—Take Your Drum Kit with You
  • DD-75 can operate on batteries, allowing you to play outside on the street or even at the beach. Use the included AC adapter when performing indoor.
