Pads
Features patented “Superlink” mesh patches, which offer a great feel. No matter how hard you hit, the head offers incredible durability and is quieter than conventional rubber pads. The “Superlink” technology allows you to adjust the head tension with a single tuner, in addition to achieving a sensitivity to ghost notes that is rarely seen in an electronic drum kit.
The drum pads are dual zone, meaning you can assign a sound for when you hit the head and a different one for when you hit the rim. The cymbal pads, in addition to being double zone (rim and bell), have “choke” technology, that is, you can mute the sound by pressing it on the edge with your hand.
All pads are one size larger than drums in a similar price range. What is the use of having large pads? On the one hand, you have a larger hitting surface and on the other, mesh pads of a size closer to that of an acoustic drum kit, give a better “feeling” and a more natural drumstick rebound. The kick pad super loosely supports a double pedal, for comfortable playing.
Module
