UWP-D21 เป็นเครื่องรับส่งสัญญาณเสียงแบบดิจิตอล ย่านความถี่วิทยุ 803-806 MHz ซึ่งได้รับอนุญาตจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกิจการกระจายเสียงกิจการโทรทัศน์และกิจการโทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ (สำนักงาน กสทช.) ใน 1 ชุดประกอบด้วยเครื่องส่งสัญญาณเสียงไมโครโฟนชนิดติดปกเสื้อ และเครื่องรับสัญญาณเสียง โดยสามารถจับคู่เครื่องรับส่งเพื่อให้สัญญาณความถี่ตรงกันโดยใช้ฟังค์ชั่น NFC(Near-field communication) Sync ได้
