เป็นลำโพงชนิดพกพาระดับไฮเอนด์ตัวใหม่ของทางแบรนด์โดยมีการออกแบบร่วมกับทาง GamFratesi  ทำให้ตัวลำโพงมีทั้งความสวยงาม แข็งแรงทนทานและมีฟังก์ชันการใช้งานที่หลากหลายอีกด้วยครับ

 
การออกแบบ
ในส่วนของการออกแบบนั้นลำโพง B&O Beosound A5 จะเป็นลำโพงไร้สายชนิดพกพา ที่ตัวโครงของลำโพงจะผลิตจากอลูมิเนียมที่มีความแข็งแรงทนทานต่อการใช้งานในส่วนของตัวที่ขับและฝาครอบจะผลิตจากไม้ Oak แท้ โดยเป็นงานทำมือจากช่างไม้ในประเทศเดนมาร์ก มีตัวกันสองสีได้แก่สี Nordic Weave และสี Dark Oak ในสี Nordic Weave นั้นตัวฝาครอบจะทำมาจากการสานด้วยเส้นใยจากต้น Raffia และที่จับทำมาจากไม้ Oak ส่วนในสี Dark Oak นั้นตัวฝาครอบและที่จับจะทำมาจากไม้ Dark Oak แท้ๆเลยครับ

การใช้งาน
 
ในส่วนของการใช้งานนั้นลำโพง B&O Beosound A5 จะใช้การเชื่อมต่ออย่างรวดเร็วด้วย Bluetooth 5.2 เป็นหลักโดยสามารถใช้งานได้นานต่อเนื่องสูงสุดถึง 12 ชั่วโมงต่อการชาร์จหนึ่งครั้งและยังรองรับการชาร์จไร้สายมาตรฐาน Qi ได้อีกด้วย
 
ภายในของลำโพง B&O Beosound A5 จะมาพร้อมไดรเวอร์ 4 ตัวได้แก่ไดรเวอร์ woofer ขนาด 5.25 นิ้วหนึ่งตัว ไดรเวอร์ midrange ขนาด 2 นิ้วที่พัฒนาขึ้นมาเอง 2 ตัวและไดรเวอร์ tweeter ขนาด ¾ นิ้วอีกหนึ่งตัวโดยจัดวางแบบ 4 ทิศทาง พร้อมแอมพลิฟายเออร์สี่ตัวให้กำลังรวม 280 วัตต์ทำให้ได้เสียงที่ดังชัดเจนโดยสามารถได้ยินเสียงแบบ 360 องศากันเลยทีเดียว
 
นอกจากนี้ลำโพง B&O Beosound A5 ยังมาพร้อมดีไซน์แบบ Modular construction ที่สามารถแยกชิ้นส่วนของตัวลำโพงได้แทบทุกส่วน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นตัวฝาครอบ ตัวไดรเวอร์ลำโพง ตัวโครงอลูมิเนียมของลำโพง ทำให้สามารถซ่อมแซมได้อย่างง่ายดาย นอกจากนี้ในอนาคตยังสามารถอัปเกรดตัวลำโพงได้จากการเปลี่ยนอะไหล่บางตัวได้โดยไม่ต้องซื้อลำโพงใหม่อีกด้วยครับ
 
ในส่วนการป้องกันน้ำและฝุ่นนั้นตัวลำโพง B&O Beosound A5 จะสามารถกันน้ำและฝุ่นได้ในระดับ IP65 ซึ่งสามารถโดนละอองน้ำกระเด็นใส่ได้เล็กน้อย ทำให้สามารถนำไปใช้งานนอกสถานที่ได้อย่างสบาย แต่จะไม่สามารถโดนน้ำฉีดใส่แรงๆ หรือใช้งานใต้น้ำได้ครับ (ชิ้นส่วนที่ทำจากไม้และเส้นใยอาจได้รับความเสียหายเมื่อโดนน้ำได้)
